Eligibility:

  • Open to current undergraduate students from all universities

  • Individual or co-authored submissions are permitted

  • Must be original and unpublished work

  • Cross journal published not permitted

What are we looking for?

  • Original argument

  • Strong research

  • Clear writing

  • Thoughtful legal analysis

  • Well-supported conclusions

Topics:

  • Papers should examine legal issues through an original argument

  • Examples: constitutional law, criminal law, international law, environmental law, health law, AI and law, legal history, election law, etc

Length:

  • Must be between 10-30 pages including citations

Formatting:

  • Times New Roman

  • 12 point font

  • Double spaced

  • 1 ince margins

  • PDF or Word document

Citations:

  • Submissions may use any consistent academic citation style (Chicago, APA, MLA, etc)

  • Accepted articles will work with the editorial staff to conform citations to the Review’s publication format
