Eligibility:
Open to current undergraduate students from all universities
Individual or co-authored submissions are permitted
Must be original and unpublished work
Cross journal published not permitted
What are we looking for?
Original argument
Strong research
Clear writing
Thoughtful legal analysis
Well-supported conclusions
Topics:
Papers should examine legal issues through an original argument
Examples: constitutional law, criminal law, international law, environmental law, health law, AI and law, legal history, election law, etc
Length:
Must be between 10-30 pages including citations
Formatting:
Times New Roman
12 point font
Double spaced
1 ince margins
PDF or Word document
Citations:
Submissions may use any consistent academic citation style (Chicago, APA, MLA, etc)
Accepted articles will work with the editorial staff to conform citations to the Review’s publication format
